Pioneer Commercial Cleaning Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

•The referral program is open to individuals 18 years or older.

•Employees of Pioneer Commercial Cleaning and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Referral Payment Conditions

• Referral payments are only issued after the referred business completes its first full month of paid service and their invoice is fully paid.

•The referred business must be a new customer (existing or past clients do not qualify).

3. Referral Payout Amounts

•$200 per successful referral (paid after the referred business completes one month of paid service).

• $750 bonus for 3+ referrals (paid once all three businesses meet the conditions).

• Payments are issued via check, ACH, or service credit within 15 business days after qualification.

4. Invalid Referrals & Fraud Prevention

•Self-referrals, fake referrals, or duplicate referrals will not qualify for payment.

• If a referral is determined to be fraudulent or non-legitimate, Pioneer Commercial Cleaning reserves the right to deny payout.

5. Program Modifications & Termination

• Pioneer Commercial Cleaning reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.

•Any referrals submitted before a change in terms will be honored under the terms at the time of submission.

6. Tax Responsibility

• Referral earnings may be considered taxable income. Recipients are responsible for reporting earnings according to tax laws.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding this program will be resolved solely at the discretion of Pioneer Commercial Cleaning.
